Returns

  • ViEGEN Solutions gladly accepts returns within 30 days of delivery and offers free return shipping. 
  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items if they arrive defective, damaged, or in the wrong size/color.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and verify the returned item.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with the next steps, including return instructions if needed.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable carrier, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
