Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • United States of America (Standard Shipping): 5–15 business days

  • Other Countries Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

  • This allows you to follow your package every step of the way — from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
  • If you experience any errors with tracking or if your order appears delayed, please don’t worry. Simply reach out to our support team at support@viegensolutions.com, and we’ll assist you in locating your package or contacting the carrier on your behalf.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want you to shop with confidence at ViEGEN Solutions. If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, we’re here to help.

Delivered but not received: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building staff.
  • Look around the delivery area for safe-drop locations.
  • Wait 24 hours, as some carriers may mark a package delivered before it actually arrives.

If you still haven’t received your order, contact us at support@viegensolutions.com and we’ll immediately open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us right away with your order number and photos.

Our Guarantee: If the carrier is unable to locate your package or resolve the issue, we will send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are always our top priority.


Shipping Restrictions
